The Anna Freud centre has long been a centre of both research and clinical innovation. Each book in the Routledge/AFC series explores a different area of cutting-edge thinking in mental health and its treatment, with a strong but not exclusive focus on children and families. Accessible and clearly written, these books will range from clinical practice through to research and implementation issues, and will be of interest to a wide audience of those concerned with mental health and the latest thinking on prevention and treatment as well understanding more about the experience of psychological difficulties and their development.
